Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 28 June 2026
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Amplify Yourself website, applications, and related services (collectively, the "Service") provided by Amplifyourself.com ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Who you are contracting with
The Service is operated by Amplifyourself.com. References to "we", "us" or "our" mean Amplifyourself.com.
2. Acceptance and authority
By creating an account or otherwise using the Service you confirm that you are of legal age in your country and have the authority to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation.
3. Description of the Service
Amplify Yourself is a reflective coaching companion offering tools such as a voice journal, written reflection, prompts, frameworks and insights designed to support personal and professional development. The Service is provided as software-as-a-service and is not a substitute for medical, mental-health, legal or professional advice.
4. Acceptable use
You must not use the Service:
- for any unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purpose;
- to upload, share or generate content that infringes intellectual property rights, breaches privacy, or is unlawful, defamatory or abusive;
- to send spam or unsolicited communications;
- to interfere with the security or integrity of the Service, including attempting to probe, scan, scrape, reverse engineer or otherwise compromise it; or
- to introduce malware, viruses or any code intended to disrupt the Service.
5. Accounts and credentials
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
6. Your content
You retain ownership of journal entries, reflections, goals, notes and other material you create using the Service ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, process and display Your Content solely so that we can provide the Service to you (including generating coaching insights and analytics for you).
7. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, branding, documentation and underlying frameworks (such as the "4 Keys"), is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your personal or internal business purposes in line with these Terms. You must not reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the Service or circumvent any technical limitations.
8. Payments, subscriptions and billing
Our order process, payments, billing, taxes, currency conversion, invoices, refunds and cancellations are conducted by our online reseller, Paddle.com. See section 9 below for further detail. By completing a purchase you also agree to Paddle's Buyer Terms, available at paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms.
Founding Circle memberships are one-off purchases. Lifetime Founding Member access continues for as long as we continue to operate the Service. Where we introduce future subscription plans, the applicable billing frequency, renewal terms and cancellation rights will be presented to you at checkout.
9. Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller, Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries relating to payments and handles returns and refunds in accordance with their published policies.
10. Refunds
Please see our Refund Policy.
11. Service availability and changes
We work hard to keep the Service running but do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure at all times. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features of the Service at any time.
12. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, suspected fraud or security risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time.
13. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" and we disclaim all implied warranties, including those of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. The Service is not a substitute for professional advice and you remain responsible for decisions you take based on it.
14. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the fees you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) £100. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages, including loss of profits, data or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
15. Your indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against any third-party claims arising from Your Content, your unlawful use of the Service or your breach of these Terms.
16. Consequences of termination
On termination, your right to use the Service ends. You may request an export of Your Content for a reasonable period after termination, after which we may delete it in accordance with our retention practices.
17. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless mandatory consumer law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
18. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and update the "last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
